Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
We use trusted tracked courier partners across New Zealand.
• Urban areas: 1–3 business days
• Rural areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates are approximate only and may vary during peak periods, weather events, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates
• Flat Rate NZ-wide: NZD $7.50
• Free NZ-wide shipping on orders over NZD $100

Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, delivery timing is managed by the courier. While we cannot guarantee courier performance, we will always assist promptly with tracking enquiries, lost parcel investigations, or delivery issues.
Viewing Appointments
Selected items may be viewed by appointment only, subject to availability.
Appointments must be arranged in advance. Our address is shared privately once confirmed.
Product Presentation & Variations
Many of our pieces feature handcrafted finishing, decorative detailing, mirror work, embellishments, zari work, embroidery, draping, or artisanal elements.
Please note that slight variations may naturally occur between pieces.
Colours and appearance may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, styling, and fabric movement.
These natural differences do not automatically indicate a fault.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect choice of size/colour selected by customer
• Expectations based solely on styling differences
We encourage customers to contact us before ordering for sizing, fabric, colour, mirror work, or product questions.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Pre-Orders / Special Orders
Where an item is specially sourced, reserved, customised, or pre-ordered for a customer, cancellation or change-of-mind refunds may not be available once confirmed.
