Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Operating Hours & In-Person Appointments
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (NZST), excluding public holidays.
Orders, delivery coordination, and customer enquiries are handled during these hours.
Customers may visit us by appointment only to view selected products.
Appointments must be pre-arranged in advance via WhatsApp and are subject to availability.
Our address is shared privately once an appointment is confirmed.
Delivery Preparation & Area Confirmation
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to carefully pack your order and arrange the most suitable delivery method.
If an Auckland Hand Delivery option is selected for an address outside local Auckland areas, we will contact you to arrange courier delivery or issue a refund for the delivery charge, as appropriate.
This helps us ensure every order is delivered safely, thoughtfully, and in the best possible way.
Delivery Time frames
We use trusted, tracked courier partners to deliver across New Zealand:
Urban areas: 1–3 business days
Rural areas: 3–5 business days
Shipping Rates
Flat rate: NZD $7.50 (nationwide, tracked)
Free shipping: All orders over NZD $90

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Packaging & Sustainability
We use eco-friendly materials, including compostable satchels and sustainably sourced protective wrap.
Occasionally, minimal plastic wrapping may be used to protect delicate items such as bangles during transit.

Each order is thoughtfully wrapped, whether you’re treating yourself or someone special.

Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel is handed to our courier partners, SHREYA COUTURE cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues beyond our control.
That said, we will always do our best to assist with tracking and resolve any concerns with care and urgency.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Earrings (including jhumkas and studs)
Maang Tikkas
Nose Pins
Necklace Sets
Customised or altered pieces
We appreciate your understanding — this ensures fairness, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your situation.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review the product carefully on our website or during our TikTok livestreams before purchasing.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Return address will be provided via email upon approval
